2018 CSA UPDATE
We will open registration for the 2018 CSA the beginning of February. Current (2017) CSA members will be able to pre-register before we release the signup form to the public. If you were not part of the 2017 CSA we would love to have you as a part of the farm. Please signup for the newsletter to an email the second registration is open to the public.
Does the farm use pesticides?
In a word: NO
We don't want to eat food laced with synthetic fertilizers or pesticides and of course neither do you. Synthetics damage the soil by killing off the biology; limiting plant health, human health, and nutrition.
Better than Organic:
We do employ a variety of biologically integrated methods to improve soil quality, nutrition, and productivity. All methods go beyond what is required for organic certification for a truly comprehensive approach.
Where are we located?
We are located on the Florida River between Durango and Bayfield which allows us to provide the freshest food possible to our community. Staying connected, knowing your farmer, and building relationships are a few benefits of choosing local food.
