Paying with cash: If you'd like to pay with cash, which we always appreciate, we can arrange a time for you to drop it off at the farm or handoff in town.

Paying with a check: please send a check to Tierra Vida Farm, 385 County Road 225 Durango, CO 81301.

Paying with a credit card: After submitting this form, I will email you an invoice which will have a button where you can pay with a credit card. Please note, convenience fees will be an additional cost and can be up to $50 (depending on which share you are doing). If possible, I recommend paying with cash, check, or quarterly to avoid that additional cost.

Paying quarterly with checks: Please send four checks to Tierra Vida Farm, 385 County Road 225 Durango, CO 81301. Date the first check with today's date and the subsequent checks with the following dates: May 1, August 1, and October 1. We will deposit each check on, or a few days after, these dates and you will receive an email reminder several days BEFORE we deposit each check. Our goal is to spread out the cost of the CSA for you while keeping the accounting simple for us.

Full Season (with eggs) - $451.01 per check

I understand that I am committing to the entire CSA season and am not eligible for a refund for missed pickups. If I experience a personal or financial hardship, I will find someone to take over my share and have him/her pay me directly as I understand that refunds for reasons of personal preference/life changing events impose a hardship on Tierra Vida Farm, LLC who has already incurred time and expenses on my behalf. I understand that Tierra Vida Farm does its very best to ensure I receive the quality and quantity I paid for. Since 2015 members have consistently received between 10% – 15% more than they paid for. I understand that due to weather, insects, or disease the farm may experience isolated crop failures, or lower yields, from year to year. In the event of a catastrophic event (massive hail storm or mid-season deep freeze), I understand that Tierra Vida Farm may have to skip some deliveries to let crops recover. I understand I will not be issued a refund if any of these events unfold. This is the reward/risk inherent in a CSA and I accept it.
